There is no sound
Press and hold the Parents button for about two seconds, then turn on Sound. Check the device’s media volume and audio output too: sound may be going to Bluetooth headphones or a speaker. Return to the game and tap the screen to play a note. The Sound setting applies across games and is remembered.
How do I change the game, language or appearance?
Press and hold End for about two seconds to finish a session, then return to the collection from the end screen. Parent settings let you change sound, language and the day or night appearance. Automatic language selection follows your device’s language preferences, using the first language the app supports and falling back to English if none is supported. The age guidance on each game helps you choose an activity.
How can I reduce accidental exits?
Android app pinning helps keep TinyFingers on screen. Before handing the device to a child, open the Android guide in Parents and enable app pinning in your phone’s settings. If available, also require your PIN or pattern when unpinning. Try pinning and unpinning the app yourself first. Menu names and gestures vary by manufacturer and Android version.
App pinning complements the parent controls. It does not guarantee a complete lock and is not a substitute for adult supervision.

I paid, but the games are still locked
Check that Google Play is using the account you subscribed with and that TinyFingers appears in that account’s subscriptions. Connect to the internet, then choose Restore purchases in TinyFingers. This checks your existing purchase; it does not start another subscription. A pending payment will not unlock the collection. If access is still blocked, contact us before purchasing again.

How do I cancel or change my subscription?
Open subscription management from TinyFingers’ parent area, or go to Google Play → profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → TinyFingers. You can check your next billing date and stop renewal there. Uninstalling TinyFingers does not cancel the subscription. After cancellation, access normally continues until the end of the period you have paid for, unless a refund or another entitlement change applies.

Why is the price in my local currency?
Google Play displays the price for your country and account. The amount and billing period in Google’s purchase confirmation apply to your purchase. The local price may differ from the reference price in US dollars. The annual plan is charged as one payment for the year.
How do I request a refund?
Follow Google Play’s refund process and select the purchase concerned. Eligibility depends on factors such as your country, purchase type and purchase date. You can also contact us with your order number. Cancelling stops the next renewal; it does not itself request a refund.

Do I need an internet connection?
The games are installed with the app. You need a connection to purchase, restore your subscription and confirm access. After a successful check, you can play offline for up to 30 days, without going beyond the end of your confirmed, paid subscription period. No TinyFingers account is required.
For example, if your monthly subscription is paid through 20 November and you open TinyFingers online on 15 November, offline access can last until 20 November, not for another 30 days. After renewal, reconnect the app to confirm the new paid period. With an annual subscription, reconnect at least once every 30 days.
Access is checked before you start a new game; a game already in progress is not interrupted when offline access expires. A refund or revoked entitlement takes effect at the next online check. An authorisation already stored on an offline device remains limited to its expiry date.
If Google grants a grace period after a payment issue, online access may continue according to the status confirmed by Google. Each new game then needs a fresh check; this grace period does not extend offline access beyond the paid period. Check Google Play to resolve the payment issue.
After reinstalling, clearing app data or changing Google accounts, you may need to restore your subscription online. If the device clock has been turned back, reconnect with automatic date and time enabled. If access still cannot be restored, contact us before subscribing again.
What happens to my settings and drawings?
Settings and creations saved by the games stay on the device. They are not synced through a TinyFingers account. Clearing app data or uninstalling the app may remove them. Neither action cancels your Google Play subscription.
