Sound and settings
Open Parents to check Sound, language and day/night appearance. Sound is remembered across games. Check your Mac’s volume and output, including Bluetooth devices.
Reducing accidental exits
Before playing, follow the Mac settings guide in Parents for function keys and Mission Control shortcuts. These settings are changed by an adult; the app does not change them automatically. Some system shortcuts remain available. Stay nearby: this is not a complete lock. Command–Option–Shift–P disables child mode. Practise this shortcut first and restore your usual settings after playing if needed.
Access problems
Connect to the internet and use Restore purchases with the Apple Account used for the subscription. Apple may request authentication. Restoration is not another purchase. Contact us before subscribing again if access remains blocked.
