Local play

No TinyFingers account or child profile is required. The app has no ads, gameplay analytics or tracking identifier. Settings and saved creations stay locally; TinyFingers does not upload or sync them. Deleting the app can remove them. It requests no camera, microphone, location or contacts access. Games run from bundled files, not the public website.

Apple purchases

Apple handles payment. StoreKit provides signed transactions that TinyFingers verifies on this Mac. No receipt or transaction identifier is sent to a TinyFingers server. Limited verification information stays in this Mac’s protected Keychain, without iCloud synchronisation, to enforce offline access limits. Losing it may require online restoration. TinyFingers receives no Apple password or full card details.

Support correspondence

Sharp-Mind uses your email, message and chosen attachments to answer you, fulfil the subscription where relevant, or provide general support in its legitimate interest. Quentin Gonay handles this correspondence through Microsoft Exchange. Messages are retained for 24 months after resolution, with manual retention management. Records needed for legal obligations or disputes may be kept separately.

Your rights

Contact us to request access, correction, deletion or other applicable data rights. You may complain to the Belgian Data Protection Authority. Local settings, Apple-held data and the advertising-supported website are distinct from support records; each has its own controls or policy. Do not send children’s personal data.
