TinyFingers · iPhone & iPad
iPhone and iPad privacy
Local game data, Apple purchases and support correspondence.
Who is responsible?
TinyFingers is published by Sharp-Mind SRL, Belgium, company number 0719.287.068, VAT BE0719287068. For questions about your data, contact contact@tinyfingers.net.
Play without a TinyFingers account
The app does not ask for a TinyFingers account, a child profile, or a child’s name or date of birth. The games and menus have no advertising, player messaging or public profiles. The app does not include GA4, advertising pixels or a TinyFingers tracking identifier.
Information stored on your device
Sound, language, appearance and game preferences are stored locally. Some activities let you save a creation in a local notebook. TinyFingers does not send these preferences or creations to a game server or sync them between devices. Device backups and restores depend on your Apple settings. They are distinct from any TinyFingers service. Deleting the app can remove its local settings and creations; unsaved work can be lost when you leave an activity.
The app does not request access to your contacts, location, microphone or camera. It does not send keystrokes, drawings or gameplay gestures to a TinyFingers analytics service.
Apple purchases and access
Apple handles purchases through the Apple Account used for the App Store and its payment method. TinyFingers does not receive your Apple password or full payment card details.
Apple’s StoreKit framework provides subscription products and signed transaction information to the app. TinyFingers checks this information on the device to grant or restore access and recognise expiry or revocation. No purchase token, transaction identifier or receipt is sent by this app to a TinyFingers verification server. There is no TinyFingers account or child profile associated with the purchase.
The app keeps local information needed to limit offline access to a maximum of 30 days and the confirmed paid period. This access information is protected in this device’s Keychain, without iCloud synchronisation or transfer to another device. System backups may contain an encrypted copy that can be restored only to the same device. It is separate from game preferences and creations. Losing it may require a fresh online verification with Apple. It is not used to identify a child or measure gameplay.
Verification is necessary to fulfil the subscription. Apple performs its own processing for accounts, payments, fraud prevention and the App Store under its policies. Information available to an app publisher in Apple’s sales or support tools is separate from the local game data. Apple’s privacy policy: https://www.apple.com/legal/privacy/en-ww/
Sharing a creation
Sharing is optional and initiated by an adult. The app prepares the chosen creation as a temporary file and opens Apple’s share sheet. The destination selected by the adult receives that file; TinyFingers does not upload it to its own server. A temporary export is removed when the share sheet finishes. Copies saved elsewhere are controlled by the chosen service or app and its own settings and privacy policy.
Technical services
The app uses Apple’s WebKit framework to display the games included in the download and StoreKit for purchases. Playing does not load the public TinyFingers website, advertising scripts or a product analytics service. Our native purchase diagnostics use technical stages and result codes rather than payment credentials or a child profile.
Apple may process information through its own operating-system, App Store, purchase or diagnostic services according to your settings and its policies. This notice does not imply that those Apple services process no data. Opening a web link or sharing a file may also contact the service you choose.
When you contact support
We receive your email address, message, purchase references and any attachments you choose to send. We use them to understand and answer your request, to fulfil your subscription where relevant, or for general enquiries in our legitimate interest in providing support. Sharp-Mind uses Microsoft Exchange for email. Quentin Gonay handles support for Sharp-Mind and can read this correspondence; Microsoft processes it to provide the email service.
Support messages are retained for 24 months after resolution. Sharp-Mind manages this retention manually; it is not an automatic deletion promise. Material needed to meet a legal obligation or handle a dispute may be retained separately for the relevant period. Please do not send personal information about your child, passwords or payment card numbers.
Requests about your data
Email contact@tinyfingers.net to ask for access to, correction or deletion of information Sharp-Mind holds about you. You can also exercise other rights that apply to your situation, including restriction, objection and portability. We may request the information strictly needed to verify your request. Some information may need to be kept to meet a legal obligation or handle a dispute.
For local creations, use the game’s available controls. Deleting the app can remove other local app data, but it does not cancel your subscription. For Apple Account data, purchases and system backups held by Apple, use Apple’s settings and tools as well.

The app and the website
This policy describes TinyFingers on iPhone and iPad. The tinyfingers.net website has a separate policy because it includes advertising and audience measurement. Choosing to open a web link takes you outside the bundled games and may lead to a service governed by its own policies.
